DECADENT

This decadent dark chocolate dessert features a mirrored chocolate glaze exterior. It conceals a 70% dark chocolate mousse and cremeux. The foundation is made of chocolate almond sponge and chocolate hazelnut crunch.

BAHIA

A rich almond crunch and coconut lime dacquoise base. It is topped with an exotic confit. It is immersed in layers of silky vanilla mousse. Finished with a white chocolate glaze and a passion glaze- can be garnished with fresh mango.
