Paris-Brest | NEW
Features a pâte à choux shell that hides a layer of chocolate hazelnut crunch. The shell is also layered with a delectable whipped praline cremeux. Completed with a craquelin crunch top.

L’Opera Cake
Alternate layers of coffee mousseline and almond jaconde sponge. The sponge is soaked in sparrow coffee syrup. Topped with a heavenly chocolate ganache.

Bahia
A rich almond crunch and coconut lime dacquoise base. It is topped with an exotic confit. The base is immersed in layers of silky vanilla mousse. Finished with a white chocolate glaze and a passion fruit glaze.

Decadent | NEW
A mirrored chocolate glaze exterior conceals a 70% dark chocolate mousse and cremeux. The foundation is made of chocolate almond sponge and chocolate hazelnut crunch.

Lemon Tart
A light lemon cremeux sits on a delicious base of savory lemon marmalade. The base also includes lemon almond sponge and vanilla almond sable crust. Finished with a dollop of lemon meringue.

Carrot Cake | Spring & Fall
Classic carrot cake with walnuts and cream cheese buttercream. Finished with an edible carrot decor (slice).

Tiramisu
Layers of espresso drenched ladyfingers separated by mascarpone cream and dusted with cocoa powder. Each portion is approx. 3in x 2in and 2.25in tall.
